• Holly Fitzgerald, President and Owner is a practicing Physical Therapist who has almost 25 years of experience treating patients.
• We currently have 3 convenient locations in Melrose, Woburn and Wilmington, MA.
• Holly and her family also live in Wilmington, MA and has made it a point to give back to the local communities over the years with both time, sponsorships and scholarships.

• We offer a variety of PT services that aren’t offered elsewhere such as Women’s Health, Dry Needling, Alter G, Athletes for Life, etc.

• We ensure our PTs are getting continuing education to help us all stay on top of our practice and/or new injuries.
• We do rounds together in our clinics to discuss certain cases and how to treat them the most effectively.
• We host student and intern PTs to help them learn what we are doing and how the clinics run – many who we end up hiring later on post-graduation

5. Our culture –

• We joke that our PT’s and staff are part of the “Fitz Fam” because they really are like an extension of our family. We have worked really hard over the years to create and maintain the culture for our PTs and staff.
• We foster a healthy environment for our employees and some of them have been with us a long time. The expectation is that they are fully aware of our mission and high standards that need to be maintained.
