Hi Fitz Family – 

During this crazy and unprecedented time, we wanted to check in and see how you were doing. So, how are you holding up? 

We hope that you are as good as you can be considering what everyone is going through and staying safe at home. 

To dive a little deeper, how are you feeling both physically and mentally these days? We know it can be hard to get outside and get exercise due to both motivation and weather challenges. These are also stressful times being at home – possibly with kids, dealing with loss of jobs, income and facing a lot of things that we may not have had to do before. 

We’d like to ask – how can we be there for you? Are you in need of anything? Are you in pain?
