Exciting news – we are now making it even easier for our patients to get the help they need! Going into 2021, our goal was to make it even easier for our patients to do business with us.

We have now launched a robust online portal that can be accessed via a smart phone, tablet or laptop/desktop. It now provides our patients with the following:

Online booking –

• New and existing patients can both easily book online here at Fitzgerald Physical Therapy’s My Clinical Portal
• All you have to do is register and then you are able to book your appointments online moving forward – when it’s convenient for you

Pay Online –

• Our new system allows our patients to enter their insurance information and also pay their bills online. So no more mailing checks needed!

Home Exercise Portal –

• Our new exercise portal will help further complement our patient’s care
• Patients can see how their exercises should be done at home via photos or videos
• Track your progress in real-time
• Log your pain levels

Medical History –

• All our patient’s medical histories will be tracked through this online portal. Patients can upload documents from their doctors for PT’s to review.
