Dr. Holly Fitzgerald is the founder and president of Fitzgerald Physical Therapy, a family-owned practice with deep roots in the northern Boston community. With over 25 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, Dr. Fitzgerald launched Fitzgerald PT with a clear vision: to be “big enough to serve you, small enough to care.”
Today, our practice remains proudly female-owned and operated, committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
